Hello and welcome to the TCS Summit Asia Pacific 2024. Over the next two days, we're going to be exploring what it takes to become a perpetually adaptable enterprise. So here we are at the TCS Summit 2024. The sun is shining and we're at Taronga Zoo. Summit is always a special occasion and can't wait to hear all the good panels and speeches that are lined up for the next few days. We live in times of great possibilities, which means the opportunity for us to thrive and flourish as a society is there if we walk through the door. Look, I love the summit. To be honest, I think I've been here for three years now and I think I'll get something out of it every time I come down You know, I think the topic's really relevant, particularly in a changing environment. How does the organisation change because of this technology, the role of people, the role of your workforce. Look, I love a day like today 'cause you get to meet lots of different people, you see different panels. I love the great debate on a panel. So I love seeing different perspectives and, and how people are taking on the different challenges across different industries. The AI panel just now that we had was incredibly insightful and gave some different perspectives on what's a really difficult topic. For me. It was very interesting to see the different levels of adoption of AI in the different industries. We're all pretty clear today about the why and the what. The bit that's challenging us still is the how do I go about it? This session is called Pioneering the perpetually Adaptable Enterprise. There's lots of different balls that we're juggling from an industry perspective that one should master the art of knowing when not to use Jenny I, not when to use Jenny I. What does the energy system look like in 20-30 when you no longer have coal in this system? Working with partners that can provide that difference is what we look for. Had a lovely run by the harbour this morning with the Indigenous Marathon Foundation. We've been building the the running ecosystem around Sydney Marathon and this this time it's become the TCS Sydney Marathon. It's become one of the world majors and we're very happy about that. One and only Kathy Freeman is here. I'm so excited to be talking with Kathy Friedman and Kurt Fernley. I mean, they're two idols of mine. So really humbling to be a part of it, to be honest. Once again, thank you, all of you taking time and joining Summit 2024. Look forward to staying with you and meeting you next year. Also Thank you.
