Natarajan Chandrasekaran (Chandra) is the Chairman of Tata Sons Private Limited (Tata Sons), the holding company and promoter of all Tata group companies. Chandra joined the Board of Tata Sons in October 2016 and was appointed as Chairman in January 2017. Before becoming the Chairman of Tata Sons, he served 30 years in Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) including 8 years as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO&MD), until 2017. Under Chandra’s leadership, TCS became the country’s most valuable company. At the Tata group, Chandra has pursued the “One Tata” strategy, based on the themes of simplification, scale, and synergy. Now he is driving transformation of the Tata group towards a sustainable future. He has steered the group into new businesses including semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, consumer internet platform, mobile technology and battery giga-factories. The Tata group has expanded its aviation presence with the acquisition of Air India and is building a large global airline. Chandra is on the International Advisory Council of Singapore’s Economic Development Board, Mitsubishi's International Advisory Committee and on the Board of Governors of New York Academy of Sciences. He is also a Chairman of Society and Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a member of IMF Managing Director's Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship and Growth. The numerous recognitions conferred on him include, the Padma Bhushan, one of India’s highest civilian awards in 2022 and France’s highest civilian award Légion d’Honneur in 2023. In 2025, he was conferred as an Honorary Knight of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. In addition, Chandra has been awarded several honorary doctorates by leading Universities in India and internationally, including an honorary Doctor of Letters from Macquarie University, Australia, Doctor Honoris Causa by Nyenrode University, The Netherlands, and Doctor of Letters from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Chandra is also the author of Bridgital Nation, a groundbreaking book on harnessing technological disruptions to bring Indians closer to their dreams. He is an avid photographer and a passionate long-distance marathon runner. He is a Six Star Finisher of the World Marathon Majors and continues to champion fitness. Born in 1963, Chandra is a Bachelor in Applied Sciences and has Masters in Computer Applications. He lives in Mumbai, with his wife Lalitha, and they have a son. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Khosla became UC San Diego’s eighth chancellor on August 1, 2012. As UC San Diego’s chief executive officer, he leads a campus with more than 45,000 students within 11 academic, professional and graduate schools and eight undergraduate residential colleges. UC San Diego is also home to the prestigious Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the UC San Diego Health System that includes 3 hospitals. UC San Diego is recognized as one of the top 5 public research universities in the world and is the largest civilian employer based in San Diego County. He initiated and led UC San Diego’s first-ever Strategic Plan and the ambitious 10-year, $2 billion campaign, the youngest institution ever to complete a multi-billion-dollar fundraising campaign. He has significantly expanded college access and affordability for underserved populations, initiated interdisciplinary research initiatives to foster collaboration and solve societal challenges, and strengthened university and community relationships and partnerships. As an internationally renowned researcher, educator, and higher education leader and visionary, he previously served as Dean of the College of Engineering and Philip and Marsha Dowd University Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. He began his teaching career at Carnegie Mellon in 1986 as Assistant Professor, got appointed as Dean in 2004 and was elected as the University Professor in 2008. From 1994 to 1996, he also served as a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Manager in the Software and Intelligent Systems Technology Office, Defense Sciences Office and Tactical Technology Office, where he managed advanced research and development programs. He serves on advisory boards for several non-profit and government organizations, venture capital firms, and high-tech start-up companies. He has served as a member of Strategy Review Board for the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan; the Council of Deans of the Aeronautics Advisory Committee, NASA; the National Research Council Board on Manufacturing and Engineering Design; the Pennsylvania Treasury Advisory Board; and the Senior Advisory Group for the DARPA Program on Joint Unmanned Combat Air Systems. He is an elected member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, National Academy of Engineering and the American Society for Engineering Education. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Association for Advancement of Science, the American Association of Artificial Intelligence, the Indian Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Inventors, and the Indian National Science Academy. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Indian Academy of Science. Dr. Khosla is also the recipient of numerous awards for his leadership, teaching, and research, including the 2012 Light of India Award, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the George Westinghouse Award for contributions to improve engineering teaching. In 2012, he was named one of the 50 most influential Indian Americans by Silicon India. He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur in 1980, and his MS and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering in 1984 and 1986 at Carnegie Mellon. In 2014, he received an honorary doctorate of science from the Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur. Ms. Hanne Birgitte Breinbjerg Sorensen is a Danish national, born in 1965 and holds an MSc in Economics and Management from the University of Aarhus. During the period 1994-2016, she was engaged in various roles within the A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S Group in Denmark, a company primarily specializing in the transportation and logistics segments. Among other noteable designations: From 2014-2016 as the CEO of Damco, the Hague, Netherlands, a Supply Chain Management company; From 2012-13 as the CEO of Maersk Tankers, Copenhagen; From 2008-12 as the Senior VP and Chief Commercial Officer of Maersk Line, Copenhagen. Ms. Sorensen is presently on the Board of Directors and Committees thereof of various International Companies. Mr. Keki M Mistry is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A renowned professional with over four decades of varied work experience in banking and financial services domain. In 1975, Mr. Mistry began his career with AF Ferguson & Co, a renowned Chartered Accountancy Firm, followed by short stints with Hindustan Unilever Limited and Indian Hotels Company Ltd. In 1981, Mr. Mistry joined Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC Ltd.), India's premier housing finance company. Over the years he held several responsibilities, prior to being inducted onto its Board as Executive Director in 1993. He was appointed as the Managing Director in 2000, as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director in October 2007 and was the Vice-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation with effect from January 1, 2010. With the amalgamation of HDFC Ltd. with HDFC Bank, Mr. Mistry superannuated from HDFC Ltd. and has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of HDFC Bank from June 30, 2023. Apart from being responsible for the overall functioning of HDFC, Mr. Mistry played a critical role in the successful transformation of HDFC into India's leading Financial Services Conglomerate. He facilitated the formation of companies including HDFC Bank Limited, HDFC Asset Management Company Limited, HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited and HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Mistry is a Senior Advisor to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), a Canada based pension fund, a Strategic Advisor for Cyrus Poonawalla Group’s Financial Services Ventures and also an advisor to Nish Capital (Kedaara), Witkopeend BV, Netherlands, an EQT Group. Mr. Sanjay V. Bhandarkar has over three decades of corporate finance, advisory and investment banking experience. He is an independent non-executive director on the boards of three listed companies, The Tata Power Company Limited, HDFC Asset Management Company Limited and Chemplast Sanmar Limited; unlisted companies like Tata Projects Limited, Newage Power Private Limited and National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (shareholder nominee). Mr. Sanjay Bhandarkar is also on the Investment Committee of the South Asia Growth Fund II and III of GEF Capital Partners as an external IC member. He is on the advisory board of 1Crowd, a seed capital stage online investing platform which has also raised a SEBI approved fund for seed stage investing. Mr. Bhandarkar was on the Investment Committee of a SEBI registered seed capital fund called Contrarian Vriddhi as an external IC member. The fund has fully invested its corpus. Mr. Bhandarkar started his career with ICICI in 1990 and ISec, the joint venture between ICICI and JP Morgan, and then spent two years with Peregrine Capital. He was part of the founding team of Rothschild India in 1998 and played a key role in establishing Rothschild as a well-recognised and respected pure play advisory investment banking firm in India. He led the Rothschild India business from December 2005 to June 2016 when he stepped down from his full-time role. Mr. Bhandarkar's focus at Rothschild was on M&A as well as equity capital market advisory for Indian and international companies. He led the teams that worked closely with the Government of India on the 3G and BWA spectrum auctions, the first e-auctions done in India, and on the restructuring of the Enron and GE owned Dabhol power project, one of the largest and most complex restructurings to date. Mr. Bhandarkar did his Postgraduate Diploma in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 1990. He lives in Mumbai.

K. Krithivasan, also known as Krithi, took over as the CEO & MD of Tata Consultancy Services on June 1, 2023. In his three-decade plus tenure at TCS, he has held various leadership roles in delivery, customer relationship management, large program management and sales and has a strong track record of successfully leading TCS’ largest industry vertical, the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance business. As CEO, Krithi sharpened the multinational company’s focus on industries by realigning the organisational structure into key business groups. He has steered TCS’ strategy for creating the world’s largest AI ready workforce. His focus has been on two key pillars: customer centricity and employee empathy. Under Krithi’s leadership, TCS continues to be recognized as a Global Top Employer. During his tenure, TCS’ brand value has risen by $2 billion, according to Brand Finance and has been rated as one of the world’s most admired companies by Fortune Magazine. He co-chairs the B20 Digital Transformation Taskforce in Brazil and has served as a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Council. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Japan, Ltd. and holds Directorship position in TCS Foundation. Krithi joined Tata Consultancy Services in 1989 as an assistant system analyst in New Delhi. He moved to North America in 1997, where he was soon promoted to Regional Manager for TCS Florida.
